A traditional newspaper / radio advertiser, Grand Victoria Casino in Chicago was faced with the challenge of dwindling attendance. This was especially critical given improvements made for the casino’s summer concert series and 20th anniversary.
The key insight – move away from a “one media fits all” mentality.
Starting with The GVC Summer Concert Series, contextual targeting was done Online and format targeting in Radio to reflect each concert – to match the band with its’ audience.
As the 20th Anniversary approached, existing web assets were turned into video that was used Online and on Cable in the casino’s core footprint. We created a geo-targeted digital/mobile effort based on behavioral filters for gamming.
The result was a higher level of engagement with the casino and a bigger 20th Anniversary Party
